Polyurethane Cement Flooring
Cementitious urethane systems suited to food production, cold storage and areas subject to thermal shock, chemical exposure and heavy wash-down.
Polyurethane cement systems are designed for demanding environments where epoxy alone is not sufficient. These cementitious urethane systems handle extreme temperature changes, chemical exposure and continuous wet conditions that are common in food production, cold storage and process manufacturing environments. The system is typically installed at 6mm depth and provides a non-porous, antibacterial surface that meets the requirements of food-grade and HACCP-regulated facilities.
- Food processing and manufacturing facilities
- Cold storage, cool rooms and freezer floors
- Breweries and beverage production areas
- Commercial kitchens and food service environments
- Areas subject to thermal shock and rapid temperature change
- Facilities with heavy chemical wash-down requirements
- Food-grade environments requiring HACCP-compliant flooring
- Areas where thermal shock resistance is critical
- Facilities with frequent and aggressive wash-down regimes
- Production environments subject to chemical exposure
- Cold storage applications requiring flexibility at low temperatures
