Joint & Floor Rectification
Control joint repair, joint armouring, saw-cut filling and combiflex systems to restore floor function, eliminate trip hazards and extend floor life.
Joint rectification addresses construction joints and control joints that have deteriorated beyond what can be resolved with a standard polyurethane sealant application. Concrete Techniques installs combiflex and specialist joint rectification systems that accommodate joint movement, maintain flexibility at low temperatures and resist chemical and weather exposure. Works can be carried out on dry or damp surfaces and without the complete removal of existing sealant in some applications.
- Deteriorated construction joints in factory and industrial floors
- Leaking joints in water infrastructure including tanks and pipelines
- Tunnels, culverts and multi-storey car parks
- Joints requiring accommodation of significant movement
- Joints in chemical or water exposure environments
- Swimming pools and hydro-electric plant structures
- Joints with movement requirements beyond standard sealant capacity
- Industrial floors with deteriorated or failed joint sealant
- Water-retaining structures with joint leakage
